VW T5/T6 SWB Side Conversion – Basic Flat Pack

Our basic flat-pack side conversion is the lowest-cost way to get a complete campervan furniture kit, while leaving the trimming and assembly to you.

All panels are CNC cut from lightweight laminated plywood and supplied flat pack, ready for you to trim, assemble and fit into your van.

Kit includes:

  • Fridge pod

  • Kitchen unit with internal shelf

  • Rear wardrobe with internal shelf

  • Tambour door

  • Hinges and door catches

  • Aluminium corner profile

  • Screws, blocks and fixings

Basic Flat Pack means:
The panels are supplied CNC cut but not edge trimmed or assembled. This option is ideal if you’re comfortable routing and fitting the T-trim and building the units yourself.

Fridges, sinks/hobs, tables, rock & roll beds and upholstery can also be supplied

Kit includes:

  • Fridge pod - to take a 50l fridge

  • Kitchen front - including internal shelf

  • Rear Wardrobe - Including upper shelf section, large mid storage and lower storage compartment

Kit supplied part built but will require scribing on the wardrobe section and worktop

Whats Included -

  • All components built (3 main sections)

  • Fitting kit including the blocks, screws and covers

  • Basic install instructions

Sizes:

  • 2100mm long

  • 745mm tall (1220mm wardrobe)

  • 450mm deep

Tools required - Router, screw driver (Electric would be advised), Jig saw with a fine tooth metal bit and A set square, tape measure and rubber mallet.

Kits are built to order (unless stated) and normally take around 2-3 weeks to get ready.
